Has the Bell finally rung for Cardinal George Pell?
An undisclosed heart condition prevented Cardinal Pell, the third most powerful man in the Catholic Church, from travelling to Australia to appear before the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
