Blue Knot Foundation has two regular publications: Breaking Free and the Blue Knot Review

Breaking Free is a monthly newsletter that features helpful articles, stories, resources and news of interest to adult survivors, supporters and community members. Breaking free is also of interest to professionals working in diverse capacities with adult survivors. Blue Knot Review is a quarterly newsletter for professionals working in diverse capacities with adults who have experienced childhood trauma. It features cutting edge research and new developments in trauma-informed, vicarious trauma and complex trauma policy and practice. To receive your copy of either Breaking Free and/or Blue Knot Review, become a Blue Knot Foundation Member (paid members receive a monthly email copy of Breaking free newsletter, and can vote at the AGM), a Blue Knot Foundation Professional Member (paid professional members receive discounts to our training and a monthly newsletter) or a Friend of Blue Knot Foundation (friends can join for free and receive the monthly email copy of Breaking free).
