  • Whether it be a social afternoon tea or a backyard BBQ, ask your guests to bring a dish/item to lighten the load. Help educate your guests by providing them with information on Blue Knot Foundation's services which we can provide for you. If you wish to fundraise for Blue Knot Day we can send you all a Fundraising Kit to get you started, this way your guests can donate easily at your event.
  • Picnic in the park - everyone can bring a dish/drink. Help educate your guests by providing them with information about Blue Knot Foundation's services which we can provide for you.
  • Offer your skills for free - i.e. if you are a yoga teacher, hold a free session at the park or the beach in support of Blue Knot Day and distribute information on our services.
  • Blue Knot Day knot and braceletWorkplace morning/afternoon tea or lunch - staff can each bring a sweet or savoury item.
