Suggested activities for you

  • Whether it be a social afternoon tea or a backyard BBQ, ask your guests to bring a dish/item to lighten the load. Help educate your guests by providing them with information on Blue Knot Foundation's services which we can provide for you. If you wish to fundraise for Blue Knot Day we can send you all a Fundraising Kit to get you started, this way your guests can donate easily at your event.
  • Picnic in the park - everyone can bring a dish/drink. Help educate your guests by providing them with information about Blue Knot Foundation's services which we can provide for you.
  • Offer your skills for free - i.e. if you are a yoga teacher, hold a free session at the park or the beach in support of Blue Knot Day and distribute information on our services.
  • Blue Knot Day knot and braceletWorkplace morning/afternoon tea or lunch - staff can each bring a sweet or savoury item. Ask your organisation/company to support your event by purchasing blue knots or bracelets (see image on the right) from our ONLINE SHOP. These can be sold at the event to help raise funds for Blue Knot Foundation.
  • Support our campaign by organising a Blue Knot Day mufti day. Or encourage everyone at home, in the office or all of your friends to wear blue. You can purchase blue knot pins and friendship bracelets from our ONLINE SHOP, distribute them and wear them with pride.
