Those who know me understand that 2015 was a huge year in setting & meeting my personal fitness goals. As a result I have decided to challenge myself further this July, by running in the 2016 Stadium Stomp, while fundraising for ASCA.

As a survivor myself, I've been a member now of ASCA for over 10 years. During this time, ASCA has provided me with extremely valuable resources that have all contributed greatly towards my quest for healing. It was this support that allowed me the space & knowledge to overcome my greatest personal challenges. Although healing remains an ongoing process, my driving force has always been a strong desire to light the way for survivors still in search of their own voice. I firmly believe that of all the resources we possess, our voice is our most important asset & remains the key to unlocking our potential.
It is my hope that in raising money for ASCA, that I might be able to shed a small amount of light on a charity that over the years has meant to great deal to me & who's work continues to inspire our community.

On 17th July I plan to complete the 2016 Stadium Stomp; a challenge to climb all 6,300 stairs within the SCG complex. While I expect it to be a physically challenging goal, I know that as a survivor, I have the capacity & resources to overcome any of life's challenges with determination, focus & drive.
For those who don't know me personally, I'm 33 & work as an International Flight Attendant with a strong passion for travel, photography & fitness. I've traveled to over 50 countries & live in Sydney with my best friend who will run alongside me on the day.
I would be extremely grateful if you could take the time to show your support for ASCA by making a secure donation. I would also really appreciate it if you could share the details of my run & link to the donation page, so that I can hopefully reach as many people as possible.
