An amazing woman, knowledgeable and courageous pioneer

She will be missed. I am amazed there has not been a formal,
tribute to her. A lady before her time. Professor Briggs researched,
taught and implemented vital change, re child development and the effects of child abuse. A n advocate for the most vulnerable members of our society who don't have a voice. She will be sadly missed. Her biography will be an essential historical reference.

This women has my up most respect and will be dearly remembered for her contributions and her courageous voice for the most vulnerable. She was a fighter until the end and even through the most difficult loop holes of our system she stood up for the light of truth to be revealed and for change to occur. Amazing, incredible, perceptive, open, emphathic, strong women. This insight I drew from a couple of phone conversations I had with you. An angel to many, one who comforted others providing confirmation, support, hope, belief, empowerment. Rest in peace Freda xxx <3
