While we were travelling from Melbourne to Ballarat for the Royal Commission hearings, Francis Sullivan was on talkback radio saying " the Catholic Church is responsible for some of the child sexual abuse". When we got to the Royal Commission and everyone was lined up to go inside, I told Francis Sullivan that I had heard him on talkback radio this morning and that the Catholic Church is responsible for more than some of the abuse.

I have been in the ballarat , bendigo orpharnge , and the scared heart convent in Oakleigh from the age of 11 to 21 , since I have left after 10 years, my life has been so much of stress and unhappyness, I have seen so many councilies , what a waste of time, now I am 66 years old, I still find it hard to mix with people because of the silence that these Nuns have drummed into me when I was there, all I want is to be able to lead a normal life, and be happy , Thankyou
