Talking about trauma for services

Blue Knot Foundation has two regular publications: Breaking Free and the Blue Knot Review

Breaking Free is a monthly newsletter that features helpful articles, stories, resources and news of interest to adult survivors, supporters and community members.

Blue Knot Review is for professionals working in diverse capacities with adults who have experienced childhood trauma. It features cutting edge research and new developments in trauma-informed and complex trauma policy and practice.
